WOW Styling Foam works from the root of each hair strand and supports the hair strand without leaving a sticky residue or weighing the coat down like other products can do. Apply WOW Styling Foam directly to damp or dry fur. Next, dry the coat with a blower in the opposite direction of hair growth.? If necessary, follow up with a card or boar brush when the fur is dry
